LonAdd HR Consultancy Plc was established by two highly ambitious and professional women in March 2009 and has consistently provided our clients with consistent and professional recruitment, outsourcing and consultancy services. We are the leading Human Resources specialist in Ethiopia and by using our extensive knowledge and expertise, gained both nationally and internationally (UK), we provide unrivalled service to our clients across various industry sectors

Focusing on the core sectors that we excel in has enabled us to continuously grow over the last 7 years. We currently serve 4 specialist business areas, ranging from Accountancy and Finance, Office Administration & Secretarial and Sales and Marketing. Within these, we also have further specialised teams dedicated to Executive Headhunting.

As part of our interview procedure, we ensure our finalised candidates have passed LonAdd’s written and personality tests before we match and place them with a prospective client.
